The EMDR Europe Research & Practice Conference 2025, the Pre-Conference Workshops, the Trainers & Consultants' day offer multiple access options, including:

          - participation in Prague at the Prague Congress Center

          - access to the virtual platform

          - replay until the 31.10.2025

 

The official language of the conference is English. The main track will be translated in Czech, Finnish, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Turkish. Some additional languages may be added at a later stage and will be communicated here.

Please note that pre-conference workshops can only be booked in combination with the conference.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION?

 

The registration fee for participants includes:

  • Admission to the Congress, the Keynotes, the sessions (incl. Opening / Closing), the poster area and the exhibition
  • The full access to the virtual platform (from Friday to Sunday) including keynotes and sessions (incl. Opening / Closing)
  • Access to the recorded sessions on the platform (upon speakers' authorisation)
  • Mobile App and Contact Exchange
  • Welcome Reception & Coffee Breaks
  • Congress Material

The registration fee for participants does not include:

  • Conference dinner ticket, lunches, travel expenses, accommodation, personal insurance
  • Electronic devices (computer, screen, headphones, etc.) needed to access the virtual platform
  • Lunch and dinner
  • Pre-Conference Workshop
  • Trainers' Day and Consultants' Day

TRAINERS DAY AND CONSULTANTS DAY

The Trainers Day and the Consultants Day will also take place in the Prague Congress Center. As usual, they are scheduled prior to the Conference on Thursday May 29th, 2025.

Please note that these events are open only to:

  • EMDR Europe Accredited Trainers
  • EMDR Europe Accredited Consultants
  • EMDR Consultants accredited by other regional associations

The participation in these events is not included in the Conference registration fee and the ticket to attend can only be purchased in combination with the Conference.

 

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

CME CREDITS

Participants who engage in a minimum of 10.5 hours of the conference, whether attended in person or via the virtual platform, will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Attendance and earn 16 credits for the EMDR CME program. Failure to meet the minimum attendance requirement will result in the non-issuance of the certificate and credits. For those meeting the criteria, the Certificate of Attendance will be dispatched one week after the congress, both for in-person and live online attendees. Participants who choose to attend in replay online will receive their certificates on the first of November 2025.
Participants who engage in a minimum of 6 hours of the pre-conference, whether attended in person or via the virtual platform, will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Attendance and earn 6 credits for the EMDR CME program. Failure to meet the minimum attendance requirement will result in the non-issuance of the certificate and credits. For those meeting the criteria, the Certificate of Attendance will be dispatched one week after the congress, both for in-person and live online attendees. Participants who choose to attend in replay online will receive their certificates on the first of November 2025.
Participants who attend the Trainers' Day, either in person or via the virtual platform, will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Attendance and obtain 7 credits for the EMDR CME program. The certificate will be distributed one week after the course for both in-person and live online attendees. For those participating in the online replay, certificates will be delivered on the first of November 2025.
Participants who actively participate in the Consultants' Day, whether in person or via the virtual platform, will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Attendance and accrue 4 credits for the EMDR CME program. Certificates will be dispatched one week after the course for both in-person and live online attendees. For individuals attending the online replay, certificates will be delivered on the first of November 2025.

All information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the EMDR Congress Secretariat, Kuoni Tumlare Congress. You will receive a confirmation letter by email upon completion of the Registration.

Important Information: The early bird registration must be paid before the early bird Deadline. Otherwise we will change your registration to a regular one.
